- What age groups is the
Rotor Twin designed for?
Ages 6 – adult. If a child can swing a bat, he or she can benefit
by using the Rotor Twin.
- Will the balls fly off
during use?
No! The balls are permanently molded to a steel core and attached
by a steel cable within a hard rubber protective arm.
- Will the balls wear out?
Yes! Eventually, the balls will soften and wear out at which time
they can be easily replaced.
- How long will the balls
last?
Varies depending on bat speed and strength of hitters and frequency
of use. On units used at home by 1-2 players balls usually last at
least a year or more. On units used by a team 2-3 times per week
expect to replace 1-2 sets of balls per year.
- What is included with the
Rotor Twin?
Everything you need to begin hitting except the sand.
Each unit comes complete with a Tee-ball accessory, Fundamentals
of Hitting video,
assembly tools and instructions. (You’ll need about ˝ bag of playground
sand to fill the sandbags.
- Are replacement parts readily
available?
Yes! Parts are available on-line or by toll free phone and are shipped
from stock from our North Carolina warehouse by UPS.
- How long will it take to
get my order?
Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt via UPS. Depending
on where you live in the US, allow 1-5 days for delivery.
- How do I reach you if I
have a question or a problem?
Via e-mail, fax, or toll free phone.
- Is the Rotor Twin guaranteed?
Yes! If you are not fully satisfied with the Rotor Twin contact us
within 30 days and we will arrange a return and full refund.
During that same period, parts found to be defective will be
replaced at no charge.
