I have spoken to you three times so I'm not sure for the reason for this email asking a thirdparty for information about myself. If you chech www.register.com Baseball MD you will find myself as the registered owner for the site. However due to the fact the site was named MD and it was looking as though we offered medical advice I changed the company name to a more suitable strength brand or Muscle Baseball

I may or may not use Baseball MD in the future due to this fact but the fact is it is my company and mine alone to do what I wish

Most of what I do requires someone to sign a confidentiality agreement these days There are so many competitiors out there fishing for information or trying to slander your name for the betterment of there product. (My friend from Nebraska)

I appreciate your interest in all things Baseball MD but there is not much to say. If you are looking for an investment in this company it does not exist. However everyting I do in this companies name I own and make the decisions. If you are not looking for information about Muscle Baseball and only Baseball MD Iwill try to help and explain to you a few thoughts my attorneys and I have regarding slander and a potential $1,000,000 suit geared towards a Baseball company in Nebraska and more.

The fact is no one asks for much information regarding Baseball MD because it is not the center of my business and certainly no reason to get involved in the business opp you saw
